10/10 recommend working with Felicia to find your forever home. She is proactive, energetic and makes it actually fun to house hunt. We moved cross country and were looking from far away for our forever home. We found one we loved, but thought it might be too soon to jump on it so we took a pause. Felicia took it upon herself to call the seller’s agent a few days after the first open house to see if there were any offers and since there weren’t, she asked us if we wanted to do a zoom tour. She made it happen next day and we had an accepted offer before the weekend. Thanks to Felicia’s knowledge and experience we get to be in our forever home close to family weeks before we even thought it was possible!
